• Al-Rafedin Co. for insulating material production (styropor)
• Rafidain Insulation Co. was established in 1972 under license No. 3186 dated 5/8/1972 with authorization from Ministry of Industry. It is specialized in production of insulation materials in blockform. Blocks can be cut into different sizes and thicknesses according to requirements of customer. Rafidain Also manufactures ice boxes packing of frozen food and for other food preservation. It also has supplied BG quantities of packaging for ceiling fans, motor and other electric supplies. Rafidain is specialist in insulation of pipes for oil industry it supplied huge quantities to southern and northern oil companies.
• Ceders Co. for ice cream and dairy production and juices
• Cedars Ice Cream Co. was established in 1982 under license No. 4193 dated 23/9/1975 Ministry of Industry. It supplies major areas in Baghdad and outside Baghdad with its excellent products. It has expanded to dairy production and it is at present in full swing production for yogurt, cheeses, cream and juices.
• Bahrain Co. ltd. for plastic materials
• Bahrain Co. for plastics was established in 1972 under license No. 3096 dated 4/12/1972 for production of packaging for dairy industry and for decorative panels for the housing and office market. It has expanded substantially in this sector and is supplying all major producers in food industry. It is also in P.V.C pipe production. In this field it has developed, pipes for building industry and for irrigation purposes. This a flourishing business in Iraq. It has also added P.V.C granules production to its programme. It is supplying many producers of P.V.C, producers of hoses, shoes…etc. One of its well known products is the house hold articles which were produced in cooperation with the Italian Co. Caleppio.
• Al-Bahir Contracting Co. and Al-Bahrani Group Contracting Co
• Construction is done through two companies: Al Bahir and Al Bahrani Group construction Co. It has several projects in Baghdad and southern provinces like Misan governate and Kerbala governate.

• It is also owner of Al Safeer Hotel (Ambassador hotel formerly) and Al Andalus Apartments and Zahrat Al Khaleej Apartments. It is also in process of completing a new hotel on Karrada Outside with 130 rooms.

Al Bahrani Group has major share holding interests in Gulf Commercial Bank, Commercial Bank of Iraq and other local banks and insurance Co.(Al Ahliyah insurance Co.) Ismil K. Bahrani is vice chairman of Gulf commercial.
